As part of the Development Strategic Plan Coach Ryan and SLMBA are pleased to announce the following Winter Development Session:
Where: Community Center, Sylvan Lake
All sessions – $150.00
Saturdays only – $100.00
Weeknights only – $75.00
Drop In’s will be $30.00/session to be paid onsite – so you can bring a friend!

Saturday March 9/24: 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Focus will be on these key skills based on age appropriateness:
Infield/outfield/catchers
– footwork (eliminate extra steps)
– quick hand drills
– dailies lots of dailies
-soft hands
– defensive responsibilities
– fly ball / ground ball advancement
Pitchers
– pitch management- how to throw more strikes
– balance and core strength
– build arms up to be ready for tryouts
– pick offs and management of the base running game
– defensive responsibilities
