Please join the Sylvan Lake Umpire Development Director on Sunday, April 27, 2025, from 1 to 4 pm for the second SLMBA Umpire Bootcamp.
Schedule:
  • 1-2 pm: Review of community league and AA rules.
  • 2-4 pm: Bootcamp
  • Review and practice of field and plate positions with repetitions
  • Scenario practice
  • Q&A session
The intention of this bootcamp is to review what you have learned and may have forgotten since previous clinics. This bootcamp allows our umpires to get comfortable before the season starts on May 5, 2025. Additionally, it provides an opportunity for SLMBA’s Umpire Coordinator to meet all local certified umpires and start the mentorship process.
There will be a fee of $5 to cover the senior course instructor’s time.
